Telehealth Counseling in Pennsylvania
Getting to an office isn't always realistic. Busy schedules, childcare, health limits or distance can keep people from getting help. With telehealth, you can meet with a licensed Encourage-ment counselor from home or anywhere private, by secure video.

What telehealth offers

The same care, more convenience. Telehealth sessions use the same evidence-based approaches as in-person visits.

Every counselor, by video. All five of our therapists offer telehealth, so you can choose the right fit regardless of location.

Insurance-friendly. Many insurance plans cover telehealth, and we are happy to help you check yours.

Private and secure. Sessions take place over a secure video platform. All you need is a phone, tablet or computer and a quiet space.

Who telehealth is a good fit for

Individual adults, couples, teens and young adults, Christian counseling clients, and anyone continuing care between in-person visits in New Brighton or Greenville. Telehealth is available to clients who are located in Pennsylvania at the time of their session.

A note on matching

Who you're matched with also depends on your insurance and whether that counselor is in network with your plan. Most of our clinicians are also trained to help with concerns beyond their listed specialties, so you may be matched with a counselor who isn't named above.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us a little about what's going on, and we'll match you with a counselor whose specialties, location and insurance fit you. We see clients in person in New Brighton and Greenville and by telehealth, and we're in network with most major Pennsylvania insurance plans, including Highmark, UPMC, Aetna, Optum and Medicaid. Request a session below or call 412-438-3005.

If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, don't wait for an appointment. Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 in an emergency.
