Life Coaching in Beaver County

Sometimes you're not in crisis. You just feel stuck. Life coaching helps you get clear about what you want, build habits that move you toward it, and stay accountable through a career change, a new season of life or a goal you keep putting off.

How coaching works here

Goal-focused. Together you'll name what you want to change, break it into steps and track progress session by session.

Practical and forward-looking. Coaching focuses on where you're headed more than on the past.

Faith included if you want it. If it matters to you, coaching can include how your values and faith shape your goals.

Coaching is not therapy

Life coaching is a non-clinical service. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and because it isn't health care, it isn't billed to health insurance. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction or grief, we'll recommend counseling instead, and we'll always be clear about which service you're receiving.

Who you will work with

Rob Henry, MA, LPC, CAADC, offers life coaching alongside his counseling work, drawing on more than 40 years of helping people reach vocational, spiritual and relational goals. He meets in person in New Brighton and Greenville and by video.
