Joslyn Justi, LMFT
“Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s meaningful and challenging seasons. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, OCD, perfectionistic thought patterns, life transitions, and low self-worth, helping clients develop more balanced ways of thinking and responding to stress.
I also enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and move through conflict with greater understanding and intention. In addition, I support women and families navigating postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as the emotional adjustments that often come with new parenthood and identity shifts. Parenthood can be exhausting and overwhelming, and having a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process these experiences can make a meaningful difference.
My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, grounded in the belief that healing happens within safe, supportive relationships. Together, we will focus on practical tools, emotional clarity, and lasting change so you can feel more confident, connected, and empowered.”
