Therapy for Anxiety & Depression in Beaver County
Worry that won't switch off. A heaviness that makes ordinary days feel hard. Trouble sleeping, focusing or enjoying the things you used to. Anxiety and depression are among the most common reasons people reach out to us, and they're very treatable. Our licensed counselors help adults, teens and families in Beaver County, Mercer County and across Pennsylvania feel like themselves again.

How we help

Proven approaches. Your counselor draws on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and solution-focused therapy, matched to what you're facing.

Practical tools. You'll learn skills you can use between sessions to calm your body, challenge anxious or hopeless thinking, and rebuild routines that support your mood.

Care that fits you. We pay attention to the whole picture, including relationships, health, work or school, and faith if you want it included.

What we can help with

Generalized anxiety and constant worry, panic attacks, OCD, perfectionism, depression and low mood, low self-worth, stress and burnout, life transitions, and postpartum depression and anxiety.

Who you will work with

Joslyn Justi, LMFT, works with anxiety disorders, OCD, perfectionism and low self-worth, and supports women and families through postpartum depression and anxiety. Kayla Niba, LPC, helps pre-teens, teens and young adults with anxiety and life transitions. Rob Henry, MA, LPC, CAADC, has more than 40 years of experience helping people with anxiety and depression, and David Simons, LPC, uses CBT and DBT to help clients manage difficult emotions.

A note on matching

Who you're matched with also depends on your insurance and whether that counselor is in network with your plan. Most of our clinicians are also trained to help with concerns beyond their listed specialties, so you may be matched with a counselor who isn't named above.
