We specialize in working with CPTSD and support children, teens, and adults through their healing journey.
Can I use insurance for therapy sessions?
Yes, we accept insurance for most of our therapy services. Please contact us to verify your specific insurance plan and coverage. We also accept private pay if you prefer not to use insurance. Please note that our coaching services are private pay only.
Where are your therapy centers located?
Most of our therapists provide therapy in Beaver County at 1017 3rd Ave., New Brighton, PA 15066. A therapy center is also located in Mercer County at 46 N. Mercer St., Greenville, PA 16125. We also offer telehealth virtual appointments for added accessibility.

Yes, we offer telehealth virtual appointments to ensure accessibility for all our clients. You can receive therapy from the comfort of your home.
What can I expect from my first session?
During your first session, your therapist will get to know your unique situation. All of our therapists enjoy getting to know the whole you, not just what you are struggling with. Our therapists focus on your strengths to help you create a realistic plan to address your mental health concerns moving forward. This first session is a great opportunity for both the therapist and client to decide if they are the right fit.

Our therapists use a variety of modalities to best support your mental health needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and more. Each therapist tailors their approach to fit your unique situation and goals. Regardless of modality, our therapists focus on your strengths to encourage you and empower you in being the expert in your own journey.
